At Palmer Law, we feel a deep sense of commitment to our communities. We’ve got offices in Topeka and Manhattan and our staff live, work and play right here in Kansas. That’s why we are thrilled to have been a part of some fantastic community efforts this past year.
Back in January of 2020, we kicked off the year sponsoring the Flint Hills Teen Foster Camps’ “Evening of Hope.” It was a lovely event that raised money to help Kansas foster teens throughout the year. If you’d like to learn more about this extraordinary non-profit that “provides hope for those without” then please check out their mission here: https://fhftc.org/
Several of the attorneys at Palmer Law also love sports and helping sporting event and teams throughout the year is a great way for us to give back. We sponsored the Reiman/Petit Memorial golf tournament, Rock Creek Softball and the Boys & Girls Club golf tournament.
Palmer Law is also proud to be a long time sponsor of Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Kansas. This year, we sponsored the “Bourbon Affair” in August. Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Kansas works to help children by mentoring them and keeping them engaged in meaningful activities. Lastly, with it being the end of the year, we wanted to say HAPPY HOLIDAYS to everyone in the best way we knew how so we sponsored Manhattan’s Festival of Lights again this year. The tree lighting ceremony was a virtual affair on Facebook Live the day after Thanksgiving and the lights are up for all to enjoy through January 1st, 2021. Thank you to all of our community partners for making Kansas a better place. We look forward to 2021 for so many reasons; the least of all to see what great things our non-profit friends come up with next!
